Each evening, the data in your POS is polled by MRG in Plano, Texas. This data is then collected and collated to produce various reports. Fortunately, it's also used to create a series of ASCII files that can be sent back to the various franchise groups.

Once these files are sent back to the franchise groups, the RDI then reads these files and produces many of the same reports that can be used to compare with the MRG reports. Additionally, the RDI produces other reports that are not available from MRG.

But the RDI doesn't stop there! It also produces other files that can be imported directly into the PayChex PayLink software, ADP software, Great Plains, DataPro and other systems. This is achieved by converting the MRG ASCII files into tables. These tables are also ODBC compliant, meaning that you can use any ODBC compliant software to access your data.
